The better question is why was this show "dumbed down" for the second edition, or why was it taken off the air for like 6 months. Either way, I've somewhat enjoyed watching it, although the guy I rooted for most was Al who seemed like everyone's uncle. He finished 4th which means he made as much money as I did - zip. The players left are Mole I clone Heather, conniving Dorothy and "aww shucks" old man Bill. My money has been on Bill for a few weeks now, but something about Dorothy has me wondering. If it is Heather I'd be surprised, since she is a mirror image of the first mole. Whoever it is, they will probably be the final mole because the show died, and ABC is not a player in the reality TV game. Conversely, CBS is going to have the holy trinity with Survivor 5, Amazing Race 3 and Big Brother 3 going this fall. I've gotten into BB3 although I pretty much despise all the players other than Roddy. It says here that couples Roddy & Chiara and Eric & Lisa will find the final 4 unless someone gets into a lover's spat. They are taking Josh and possibly Jason along for the ride, but will axe them swiftly when the time comes.
