Winners of science's Big Kahuna, the Ig Nobel awards , (not to be confused with some piddling, similarly named awards from some unimportant Scandinavian places) have been announced. Alas, due to prior committments, the executives from Enron, Arthur Anderson, and Worldcom were unable to personally attend. They shared the Economics prize for their "application of the mathematical concept of imaginary numbers to the world of business." But not to worry. Arnd Leike was present to accept the Physics prize, for his work on the exponential decay of beer foam.
