Like something out of a '70's midnight drive-in flick, Lithuania is organizing a beauty contest in it's sole female prison. "We'll attempt to find beauty where you might think there is none," the (male) contest organizer was quoted. "The prisoners are, after all, women first and foremost." The organizers also claim that this contest is the "first of its kind in Europe", which begs the question, it's been done somewhere else in the world already?
