I am quite involved in the swing dance community, its own sub-culture. I am also involved w/ Team In Training, an endurance-training organization to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I've had people close to me who have battled these ailments.

I'm holding this fundraiser not only to raise money for a worthy cause, but to provide a really fun environment for these groups to co-mingle.

It's also a great way to meet people.
