Neil Bush and his pals cost you upwards of $1000 by loaning friends money from his federally insured S&L, knowing they\'d default. If you or I did that, we\'d go to jail. But such is not the life of the Bush family. But occasionally, we get an acknowledgment of reality from the least expected places:
