I'm-a-tellin' ya'. Nigeria is a largely Islamic (in the North), oil-rich country in which our White House has made piles of money. If they're not a likely next target, I don't know... Apparently, Halliburton, the oil company VP Cheney used to play with, lost a nuclear device in Nigeria. Yep, let someone steal it. (I'm sure someone who reads this can explain to me what Halliburton was doing with a radioactive device more powerful than a Microwave oven, right?)
