Bachelor Andrew Firestone narrows the field to three by ditching Cristina C
I usually don’t even mention that I’m right because it happens so often. I knew that Andrew wasn’t going to keep Cristina C (shown gambling by his side in the middle picture) after this week. She’s a desperate psycho for falling “in love” with a dude she barely knew. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t she getting touchy feely with him on their first date? He kept her around an extra week, which was a mistake because clearly she is not right for him. I’m not done ranting, so you must push “read more”. Tina had the classic line of the week by saying “It’s not that I’m playing hard to get … it’s that I am hard to get”. Yeah, now I get it. Then she gave him the little painting with “I want you 2 want me” written on it, referring to the song of the same title. How old is she exactly? I found myself wondering if she was going to make him a mix tape to go along with it.
Cristina is a little freaky, and crying in the limo saying that he made a huge mistake left me with mixed emotions. First, I’m pissed at ABC for letting a show like this go on the air and falsely raise someone’s expectations. Second, I just wonder how someone can be so clueless. I feel sorry for Cristina, but she never had a shot at Andrew.
Jen Schefft is normal, and I mean that in a good way. Her family is pretty ugly so I’m curious how she turned out decent looking. After last week I said she’d have to do something special to advance, but now I believe she might wind up as the last person standing. Overall she is quite clearly the best suited for him.
Kirsten Buschbacher is a liar, plain and simple. She has a boyfriend, lied about it, coerced her friend to lie about it and shows no conscience whatsoever about it. I was born at night, but it wasn’t last night. I saw through her game right off the bat. She wants the money, the fame, whatever, but it’s obvious that she got onto the show under false pretenses.
Overall, I believe that next week Andrew will wake up and realize that Tina is far too immature for him. She has hidden her personality from him thus far and when she opens up he will see that her façade is thin. He might be too dumb to know that Kirsten is lying, but once he sees through her deceit she is eliminated. That leaves Jen standing at the end. Again, I’m left hoping she isn’t the one who winds up with him because like the other guys he is a dork. She seems like a decent person and deserves better. When it comes to the family, I just can’t see them looking at either younger girl and seeing Andrew’s mate. They have too many weaknesses. I’m done for now.
