Hey, the war has been over for a while so Joshua Gracin was certainly on borrowed time. He was a good choice for the finals because he will do well to represent the military in that tour the kids go on over the summer. In terms of winning it all, however, the kid was overmatched. I’ve got more to say, and I’ll rant on if you push read more. Trenyce’s mother was complaining to a TV station in Mississippi that the voting for all wrong or some such. I think first you should ask yourself why you let your daughter get into trouble as Lashundra Cobbins, and then shut your pie hole Miss whatever your last name is. I’m so sick of the parents whining after their kid gets ditched.

Regarding the vote, I knew three boys and one girl would produce this result. The next to go could be Ruben Studdard, which is a little sad for me because I like the guy a lot. His problem is that he peaked too soon. He is not suited for every genre and while he sounded great in “Barry White” mode, the truth is that he has been less than stellar lately.

If we can be honest, I see no way that it is not a Kimberley Locke against Clay Aiken finale. Similar to last year when Miss Texas charm (Kelly Clarkson) blew away Mister Annoying (Justin Guarini) I expect a similarly one sided final. Continue to watch the show if you like, but since I put Clay Aiken into the finals there was no one that was going to beat him. I’m done for now.
