If anyone has any success with helping those of us who have no idea why Macromedia Flash Player 6 will NOT INSTALL ON THEIR MACHINE WITHOUT FREEZING THE SYSTEM please holler at me.

Yes, I know I have a resident expert nearby but for pete\'s sake he\'s already drained tons of time into my other pc problems.

Every time I attempt to load it from the free site at Macromedia the web page stops responding, forcing the alt/ctrl/del which closes all my windows ... grrr! I contacted Macromedia, but the net result is that they couldn\'t help. Anyone? Anyone? Ben Stein?
