Temptation Island 3 debuts on the Bay Island of Roatan with more silly couples and wild singles
I’m a sucker for reality TV because at times it can be unpredictable, and the people can be interesting to laugh at. The Temptation Island concept is troubling to me though. Putting couples on an island, separating them and then allowing them to date single people in an effort to break them up is just crummy. What’s the next step, using married couples? In one of the earlier seasons, one couple had a child and when producers found out they exited stage left. I don’t program, I just report so for photos of all the hot young people click read more.
As promised, here’s a list of the entrants all 36 of them. If you want photos click here for the couples or here for the single men or here for the here for the single women.
In the opener, they let the singles choose the guys and gals they were most interested in, something I don’t recall from season 1 or 2. Apparently Stephanie and Anthony from Chicago (which is quite a reality hotbed isn’t it?) are the most popular, garnering 7 and 6 bracelets respectively, meaning nearly half the singles covet them. Poor Michael seemed like a stud when we saw that his girl Melissa won Miss New York, then he was the only one drawing zero bracelets. Apparently Kara from Vegas isn’t so hot either because only one bracelet came her way.
The other interesting twist was when everyone picked the biggest threat to their mate thinking they would be thrown off the island. Imagine their surprise when the single men found out that these slimy blokes would not only stay but also be sent off for a private date with their girls. That was where we left off, and hopefully the action will pick up this week.
I shouldn’t end this without saying that Palmetto Bay Plantation and Luna Beach Resort are not far from property that has been held by my father for years and will soon be developed. Who wants a piece of Temptation Island?
