EntertainmentIt wouldn’t be a Bachelor finale without a crying girl in the back of a limo riding away from the man of her dreams. After another droll season of lip smacking, family meeting, and “the most dramatic rose ceremonies ever!” Bob went with his momma and chose Estella Gardinier over Kelly Jo Kuharski. Now mind you, he appeared to have a lot more fun with K-Jo but she gave the cold shoulder to his mother and that had to be what swayed him. The chemistry between himself and Estella seemed to be forced at best. Heck, even when he was telling her she was his choice, he didn’t even hint at loving her saying only he had “strong feelings for her”. I have strong feelings about what I’m going to order for dinner, but that’s not a life altering decision. The hype surrounding the end always exceeds the result, and I don’t feel like he was compatible with any of the women in the first place. The network must be hand feeding him lines to express his agony over the decision, because I didn’t see any passion in him or true consternation. It all seems phony to me.

Next week we get to see Ryan Sutter become Mr. Trista Rehn as they marry on television, something Trista said she wouldn’t do once upon a time. That appears to be real, although Ryan comes across as a big wuss. She obviously wears the pants and runs him around.

I agree with you completely!!!! He will find out that he made a mistake in a few weeks. Everyone wanted Kelli Jo to win. She is so cute and honest and fun!!
Bob's mother should have asked Kelli Jo to go for a walk with her the same way Bob's father did and he loved her. Bob made a big BOO BOO and I would bet anything he does not marry Estella. I hope he misses Kelli Jo like crazy!

Well, once you read into it a bit more, you\'ll learn differently...

once they were able to really talk, on good morning america, oprah, and various magazines most notably People, bob and estella prove that they really do have something...at least for now. Bob says he knew estella was who he was going to pick after their night alone, minus the cameras, in Belize. He looked at her and said to trust him, telling her pretty much that she would be the last one standing. she also said that the producers had to minimize what they showed us of the two of them together, because it ended up being more than all the other girls. they wanted you to think it would be kelli jo, when in reality she was just someone fun to kill time until he could be with estella. sweet girl, kelli jo is, but just not for bob. he's not into "sharing the room" with someone.

also remember, kelli jo is 24. bob is 32, estella is 28. bob's been married before, he knows what he's looking for. he doesn't want to deal with someone growing up, he wants to have a real woman who is already established in her own life. that's estella for you, she's been on her own since 15.

although they may not seem the most compatible couple, i think there were a lot of things we didn't see, and a lot of things bob knew that he didn't let on for the sake of making an interesting "reality" show.
