Who needs that thing called the constitution?
Checks and balances are so passe. "To allow Congress to reverse the judgments of the United States Supreme Court." I didn't write that title. That's seriously Congress hoping to usurp judicial control for the legislature. I can remember sitting in U.S. History in high school, thinking "why doI need to learn this stuff? I'm going to be a poet or a physicist or a dinosaur hunter or a writer or a mathemetician or an engineer or something." I guess the reason is this:Power corrupts. And we've given some corruptible people quite a bit of power.
