Lose weight browsing the Internet! I'm amazed this works (that people are more able to lose weight with 'net friends than meatspace friends). I'm also amazed that the Internet (which is usually browsed sitting on your butt) is good for weight loss.I've said it before and I'll say it again. You want to lose weight? Three things: 1) Get moving. 2) Eat less-processed foods and completely eliminate hyrdogenated/transfatty oils. 3) Eat nothing after 6PM. Do these things, and I guarantee weight loss, immediately.
