\"Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin has been admitted to hospital after suffering an allergic reaction to antibiotics.
The \'Respect\' singer was taken to Detroit\'s Sinai-Grace Hospital at the weekend when she complained of not feeling well after a concert.
\"It was an allergic reaction to some antibiotics that she took just shortly before ... and it gave her a rather severe reaction,\" says Franklin\'s doctor, Dr Claud Young. \"
