In a sharp contrast to American Idol 3, Nashville Star 2 was dominated by the men who comprised all of the final four. Ultimately the charm of Brad Cotter, the public's wild card choice, won him the title and a Sony recording contract. I saw bits and pieces of a few shows, but I do know that at least two of the gals were pretty good, those being Jennifer Hicks and Sheila Marshall. On straight talent I think George Canyon probably should have won. If you lined him up with four other legit country stars no one would be able to pick him out as the wannabe. He looks the part, sounds great and probably will wind up more successful than Brad Cotter similar to the Clay/Ruben of AI2.
