I remember the old "Larry" games and they were pretty funny in a raunchy sort of way. I don't think they showed full frontal cartoon nudity though. Boy, if you have to stoop to seeing naked cartoons I don't think there is much hope for you.

There is a "sex" scene in the game Mafia where basically both characters are naked and obviously doing it, but neithers private parts are anywhere close to being exposed to you and it is very brief. Aside from that, I haven't encountered any of this stuff and I've never played The Sims.

I guess whatever people will pay money for, they will produce in mass quantity. I just wish game makers would focus on quality screen angles dammit!!!
