EntertainmentPosing for Playboy after going on reality TV is so last week, but Cara Zavaleta wasn't invited to do Real World/Road Rules Battle of the Sexes 2 and those $1,500 paydays for speaking engagements at colleges don't go very far, so she went for it. Mary Beth Decker had already done something called Cyber Girl for Playboy, but she has the fake bazoombas.
