Kimberly Kennedy wins Wickedly Perfect over Mitch Pennell, but does anyone care?

EntertainmentIf a golfer hits a hole in one on an empty course, will anyone believe him? If a tree falls in the forest, does anyone hear it? If someone wins a reality TV show that no one watched, does it really matter? Kimberly Kennedy won a Martha Stewart like reality show for style makers, but the ratings were so low that even the finale ranked CBS dead last for the night.

It wasn't tough for her to pull it out after her competition Mitch put together a room that as Bobby Flay so nicely stated "looked like a Valentine's Day party on steroids".

I watched the finale and maybe 10 minutes of the rest of the series and this was clearly a show that should have been on a cable network like Bravo where it might have been seen as a success with similar ratings. Obviously CBS isn't following up heavyweights Survivor and Amazing Race with much as The Will was cut after a single episode and now this.

Martha Stewart herself will be doing an Apprentice spinoff and surely will learn from this show's mistakes.

I'm sure Martha Stewart and Mark Burnett wouldn't have needed to watch this show to know how to make it better
1) who wants to watch a show with a bad host
2) team concept was interesting but allowing the participants to decide who goes home does not allow the best talent to reach the end and if you are really trying to create a style maven they better have talent
3) no one wants to watch a style maven who you see constantly acting mean and petty -- this show basically destroyed any future careers the contestants could have in an attempt to gain good ratings.

On one hand CBS succeeded -- I actually watched the show but they failed in that my wife and I believe the winner has almost zero talent and would never ever listen to her in a serious setting.
