Yum!
I've been reading the hungry tiger (some might say "lurking") for some time now. I don't know how I first found it, but you've gotta respect anyone who enjoys food as much as "redfox" does.Plus, I get ideas from reading what she's done. I'm not much of a "recipe cooker", but when someone illustrates what worked about what they did, it really helps.
(On that note, I can highly recommend throwing some aluminum foil on the grill, some sliced white onions, some herbs, and a little oil. Then BBQ something on the other side that smokes quite a bit and goes well with awesome onions.) More recently, I found this website, and I have a feeling (from this article on Indian cooking) that I'll be reading it more often.
