Pizza, Falafel, Tiramisu, and Gyros
I've recently been startled at a more common business in this area: pizza places which- are owned by Arabs
- have the name "New York" somewhere in their name
- serve non-pizza food (like falafel, tiramisu, gyros)
- are surprisingly good, and reasonably priced
- seem to be run by folks who don't know much about running a restaurant
Is that the tie that binds?
