Not exactly "health food"

Mad something delightfully simple, and simply delicious. Yeah, it's vegetarian, but no, it's not healthy.
Put about 4 tbsp of corn oil in a pan, sauteed one clove of elephant garlic, 1/2 of a yellow onion, 1/2 of a russet potato (cut into 1 cm cubes).
Added a bunch of chili powder, some paprika, and enough salt for a weekly recommended allowance.
Then, in goes a small orange bell pepper, diced.
And 3 Yves' veggie dogs, sliced 1/8" thick. (I wish I'd added the hot dogs, earlier, so they'd have blackened a bit).
Served over jasmine rice.
Eaten with relish. Well, no, not pickle relish, but...you know.
