I get take out quite a bit, and I have to report even for the very few small.to visitors who live here in the East Bay that Frankie Johnnie and Luigi should be avoided at all costs. The food is decent, but the price is high and the back breaker is that the treatment you receive as a customer is quite simply piss poor. It seems like every waitress is bitter bitter for being slightly overweight and they act it out by giving you a snooty attitude.

Management makes poor policies which recently bit me in the ass like the fact that their plastered everywhere 15% off coupons aren't good on "holidays" (which include Father's Day) even on take out. That's just not smart business if you ask me.

If anyone has anything positive to say, let's hear it but unless you want to overpay for average food and get treated like a jerk you are better off going elsewhere.
