I think the formula is clear, show your boobs and you'll win the Miss USA title. Last year's winner wore an evening gown that looked like something Jennifer Lopez would wear at the Grammys. On a related note, Donald Trump is apparently thinking of buying the fledgling Miss America franchise. He is pondering the idea of turning it into a reality television show with episodes of state competitions and preliminary action shown. I don't think that's a bad idea although I would probably add in a voting element where folks could determine the winner.
