It was a very quiet reality show, but the winner got a pretty nice prize even if it wasn't a million bucks. The Starlet basically gave away a role on one of their shows, One Tree Hill to be precise, which was a lot better than NBC's Next Action Star. That show gave the male and female winner starring roles in a terrible made for TV movie. Some say this show is the acting equivalent of America's Next Top Model and the tag line of "Don't call us, we'll call you" was lame but the panel of judges included Faye Dunaway and Vivica A. Fox, the latter of which showed great expertise on the art of acting.

Let's be serious, they weren't really looking for a star here but at the very least Michelynne McGuire could find herself with a nice run on the show and perhaps parlay it into a modest career. At 18 years old she has a lot of upside even if fellow contestant Katie was probably the better actress.
