I've gone without eating "sweets" for 1202 days. And then, last night, I somehow convinced myself that Buko's Frosted Mini-Wheats, by dint of their high-fiber content, had a net blood-sugar effect that was low. And I ate 'em. Oh, wow. I sure do love those Frosted Mini Wheats. But so ends my 3+ year sugar-fast.
